Proposed Harrington Community Center
The Town of Harrington is in the planning stages of a new community center. The WCCOG Brownfields program has conducted
a Phase I ESA for the building site which was a former gasoline station and bulk fuel terminal.
A
Phase II environmental investigationis planned for 2012.
